SALES CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Our sales are subject to the terms and conditions as stated below. Our customers are expected to know and accept the terms and conditions of sale listed below when placing an order, even if they do not correspond to their own terms of purchase.
PRICES
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The prices in this catalog are valid until December 31, 2021. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within eight days after ordering. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or by sending a letter to our company.
DELIVERY
Transport costs are associated with an amount of € 7.50 for every purchase from 1 January 2021. With every purchase from € 80.00 there are no transport costs.
PAYMENT
Payments are made within 30 days of the invoice date. As long as the customer has not paid, the goods remain the property of the seller. Payments are made to the account number BE71 0205 1613 7469, unless stated otherwise on the invoice. All bank charges are borne by the customer.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints about the goods or services must be reported in writing within eight days of delivery. Only goods that show a clear factory defect will be taken back.
